This is what I found when I took them out of the oven. Not quite what I had in mind...apparently the paper towel roll covered in foil decided to roll over and flop the cookie dough onto the side of the pan.

| Voila! Decided to just bake the cookies the regular way, added whipped cream & macerated strawberries (cut up strawberries & sprinkle with sugar, let sit in fridge for a few hours - they will get nice & soft and syrupy!) and made strawberry shortcake sandwiches. Not exactly what I had planned, but it was delicious anyway!! :) |
